" Twin Hills "

I last took this shot on the 13th of March, its one of my very favourite parts of the country... When I stand looking down the valley I always get the same feeling, I should have brought my fishing rod.. This is a high valley, the kind of place the Clansmen would have kept the cattle they raided from their neighbours, who in turn would steal them back again. The entrance to these valleys would be guarded by a round house Fort , the idea being you could cross the hills on a raid but you had to leave through the valley bottom, some small Glens only had one way in making it even more difficult, What they call a Box Canyon in Westerns....
