It's that time of year again

I know it's a cliche but who cares?

Why a daffodil? Well, just in case you hadn't gathered, today is the first day of Spring for us in NZ (no, really!). Add to that the fact that I love them and their bright colours make me feel good. I don't really need any other excuses.

I have to share with you that tonight I was the highest bidder on an auction and I am now the proud owner of a Canon 20D. In celebration of this, tonight's photo comes to you courtesy of Canterbury's 20D (with me driving). I pick mine up tomorrow.
