Dive, dive, dive!
This week I am diving out of Eyemouth with Marine Quest. This is one of their Tech Week trips so we are diving some of the deeper wrecks in the area.
The weather was a bit pants today so it was touch and go but we finally left Eyemouth at about 3pm and headed out to dive a wreck called The Dove. It was in about 40m of water. This was the first dive this year I have done with trimix (oxygen, nitrogen and helium) and all the extra kit I have to dive with to do this type of dive!
However, it turned out to be a lovely dive and everything seemed to work! I did concentrate more on my kit and my diving than on the wreck itself today but it was a pretty dive with lots of life on the wreckage.
Tomorrow we will be diving in about 50m of water on another wreck and I'm looking forward to it already :-)
