A Fond Farewell....

.....the Little family gathered in 107 BS for the final time this evening to crack open the last of a long line of bottled bubbles and toast everyone who'd graced the family home down through the years. It was a jolly affair, but tinged with the sadness that the family home will be no more after 40 years. A few stories of daring deeds were told by the girls and LL and I left them to say their goodbyes. The new owner has exciting plans for it's renovation, and I'm looking forward to seeing the Grand Design completed. Actually, I'm looking forward to watching football in the Beard and Cardigan and then stoating up three flights of stairs to consume a carry-oot and debate important current affairs.

Today at work we were re-branded and told lots of analogous stories to emphasise the points being made. Super.

Elsewhere, I booked an exciting trip for young geeks next week.....more to follow.

Nick and David?.......it's no love song...mark my words.
