Just Look

Look at the skies. They have so much to tell us, if only we look.

All day, I've been confused and tried to find a balance between a life of faith and a life of freedom.

Something that I learned last summer and memorized was that living my life in God gives me more freedom than I could ever have by living independently. I remembered it, understood it, and lived by that lesson.

This world keeps telling its people to be yourself and be unique and do what you want to do because there aren't many chances. But then I ask myself, What does God want you to do?

I want to live. I want be free, I want to "feel infinite." I know God wants me to do the same, but perhaps my idea of achieving that is different from His.

*Sigh. What do the skies tell you today?
