Birthday kisses from Felix

Its mum's birthday today and its been really lovely.

We had a good browse round all the new paintings in the Kirk Gallery, then tea and cake at The Storehouse this afternoon (chocolate truffle cake, oh my...) and dinner at The Mustard Seed in Inverness tonight.
Perfect!

I think mum quite enjoyed it too :o)

However I'm not sure that she was quite as excited about the bowl I got her from Tiffany's in New York as I was actually going in and getting it. And possibly she didn't think I was being serious when I said "If you don't want the box I'll have it...." I was.
Very serious.
