Sunday morning

I was up and enjoying my tea but April still wanted to snooze. Also, the house hadn't warmed up yet and she was borrowing as much heat from me as possible. April is a thin cat and does not store much fat unless I feed her the canned stuff that is the equivalent of feline cheeseburgers.

Feeding junk food to April is tricky business because her "stepsister", Sunny, is overweight and must only eat lean. I give the fatty food to April when Sunny isn't around. Sometimes I goof up though, and catch Sunny wolfing it down before I can take the plate away. Poor Sunny!
