A very determined young man

David Walsh is his name. He is from my area. He dances...Irish dancing. He wanted to dance with Michael Flatley. So, he drove down to Michael Flatley's mansion in Cork one Saturday in an old 1994 Toyota Corolla. He refused to leave the massive security gates until he spoke to Michael.

Fair play to Michael, he drove out in his jeep to see who this lunatic was and spoke to David. After speaking with David for a little while, he made a promise, that he would dance with him.

Last December 2009, after nearly 2 years of training very hard, David danced with Michael Flatley in Lord of the Dance in Taiwan.

Because I am back blipping, I can tell you that there is a picture of David dancing recently in our local hall for his old school. Check out 14 May.
