Ferguson

I've passed this old Ferguson tractor on the Bangor to Belfast road every second Saturday for about eight weeks so far, every time, up until today forgetting it was there and therefore whizzing past it engulfed in fast-moving traffic. Not today, though. I managed to pull in and snap a few shots. The owner was selling fruit and veg from the trailer a few yards away and was able to tell me that he bought it for £170 in 1986 and has used it ever since. It is a 1957 Ferguson. Ferguson merged with, or was bought over by Massey, to become Massey Ferguson not long after this.
I'm not sure how well it works as a customer magnet but it attracted me!
