Glorious day doing nothing

No blip last night - went to bed at 7.30pm and slept till 2.20 am - no photo. went back to bed at 3.30 and slept till 11am. I am truly a lazy sod.

Summer arrived.
28 degrees by the middle of the afternoon.
Sat out in the back garden most of the day, deck chairs, suntan lotion and book 3 of the Millenium Trilogy (The girl who kicked a hornets nest).
A bit of cleaning and tidying.
A little jaunt to the shops to buy water pistols and water balloons.
Barbeque.
Doctor Who.
Craziness courtesy of Corin - what happens when you fill water balloons with lighter gas and then set fire to them (for one thing, your arm hair gets burned off if the wick that you use isn't long enough).
James on standby with water pistols just in case of emergency.
Is it right to be menaced by a 10 year old at close range with water pistols.
I don't know, but it's been a lovely day anyway.
Tomorrow, regardless of the weather, will see me sat indoors preparing our coursework sample for the visiting moderator.
