As Close as It Gets to Dog walking Today.

I had some trouble convincing the dog that the padlock on the gates meant we werent allowed to go in today. the fact that there are perfectly good open sides to the locked gate did not escape her attention, but even she was a bit unsure about that rain. It is supposed to be an horrendous downpour over the next few days. The worst in the last few years. The weather system is coming up from the Antarctic and will probably bring delight to the ski field operators and no one else, especially my 4 legged friend. Luckily our diesel man came today so our house will be toasty warm.
