A Welcome Feature

The Apart-Hotel we stayed in was on a steep slope. Our apartment was quite near the top so I for one was very pleased to see this lift. We still had a slope before we got to the lift and a short slope and some steps after it. I have to say I did walk all the way up most days but used it when carrying bags or if we had walked a lot during the day.( At least that's my story) Thought I might loose a little weight with all this exercise but no chance with all the food we ate especially the ice-creams.
