Wood Duckies

So, there she was, when I went back this morning to look for her. She has eleven ducklings, and she is very protective of them and pretty soon swam off, when she thought I was getting too close. I wonder when they will start to look like Dad? (Not actually Dad, but another male Wood Duck from another day.) Without a boat, I had no choice but to shoot more or less into the sun, so the picture could be better!
