an early start laying a new floorboard for a neighbour then over to my wifes work for a couple of wee jobs. lunch with suzo in the melville where the bar was adorned with the national flags of 31 of the world cup competitors, hysterical.then a nice stroll with corrie accross sunny edina.went a bit camera crazy, wheat and chaff as my brother in law calls it, this picture kinda sums up the town to me too. wonder what RL Stevenson would make of the place now. the lighthouse family band were named after his family, he was a bit of an outcast due to his desire to write whilst his family designed and built many of the lighthouses which adorn the british coast. i suppose they both provide light and guidance to the lost
