Kids..Mekong River..

Did a day trip to My Tho..
Hour and a half from Ho chi Minh.. it was a lovely day but ridiculously hot n sh###y...
The air con on the bus trip was freezing and the heat outside exhausting!We went to a couple of islands on the river...
one where they made coconut candy... and grew lots of local fruit and Made Honey etc...

I got to hold a huge Python... OMG that was bizarre!
Steve drank some snake wine..(!!!)
and also had banana whiskey...

When we were on the smaller canal areas heading to get our lunch.. these kids swam up and held on to the back as the boat slipped through the muddy waters...
they were having a complete blast!
