Ready for Saturday

We have another 4 hour spinnathon on Saturday, which should burn off a few calories, especially as we are doing it outside!!

Back is much better. Did a spinning session yesterday, after my shower Roy rubbed some fiery jack into my back, boy, did I suffer. Because my pores were open from the hot shower, the fiery jack was absorbed into my skin very quickly. It felt as though my back was on fire, however, it did the trick and I was able to do another spinning session this morning and no twinges.

Off to make a chocolate fudge cake.
