5 a day?

I love watermelon and I don't eat it nearly often enough!

So today I had this little portion - my only hope is that watermelon trees won't grow in my tummy if I ate a few seeds in my haste to wolf it down !

(and yes - I was struggling for a photo today - I worked a full day for once!)
