Back Blipped

When she was very tiny, Lyra was only happy in the car if it was moving. As she got older she began to be more tolerant of the car, so long as she hadn't been in it long enough to get bored. Then she would moan until we stopped and took her out and about for a play - which is fair enough. Being cooped up in a car is not a whole lot of fun for anyone and probably even less fun when you're Lyra's age and don't know if it's ever going to end.
