My last pint

as a 30-something.
There has been a few. As a thirty-something.
But a lot less than as a twenty-something.
And more than I will consume as a forty-something.
The trend is good. The downward trend is very good.
I am raising my pint to the obvious decrease in excesses in my 30s.
