A TENSE MOMENT ON THE TERRACE

This is not a pretty picture, no. There is not a rose in sight, but it is the exact moment the server techie, Emanuele, discovered that we can receive a strong signal for fast internet connection. He will return after lunch, with his father and a cable, and woot! Bandwidth galore.

It is a fine day, at last. The jasmine is just beginning to bloom and to fill the house with so much beautiful scent that it knocks out the smell of d-o-g, although not the smell of cat outside. If anybody knows the solution to preventing neighbouring tom cats from anointing our premises, please do let me know.
