DREAM TUSCAN VILLA?

This villa stands half way up to the high point in the valley and looks out, in both directions, over the valley. It is quite a grand one, has its own chapel which is fairly standard, and would have had acres and acres of olives and grapes. I've mostly seen it from afar but today I went specifically to photograph it. It was quite a surprise.

There is a tell tale sign that something is not quite right. There are no pots of flowers.

The road bends and the rear of the villa is right next to the road. It tells another story, a sad one, I think. This is it. Rear View

Turning around in the same spot, this is the view the villa has from the rear. It's a view to kill for. View The countryside is beginning to turn colour, the lush spring green is gone already. The terraces with olive groves have been cleaned within an inch of their lives. I swear vacuum cleaners are used.
