Field Day

First off, let me explain this blip photo of the day. This was from Landon's fall down the concrete baseball bleachers last night. I had to 'arrange' the sunblock for today around these boo boos. The lip one seems to be bothering him the most since it is pretty weepy and has torn again already :( Poor guy!

We dropped the boys of at school, ran to the store considering our house is devoid of food, and ran home to start pulled pork in the crock pot. Then it was back to the boys school for Field Day. Parents and siblings were encouraged to attend. They were able to fundraise with the sale of otter pops to have 2 bounce houses today as well as a BBQ for the school. There were playground games including water play as well. Landon was luckily included in the festivities today & had a blast. If only a piece of Liam's new swim gear hadn't gone missing at the school already! Yearbooks also came home today, so that was exciting for the boys to check out the year in pictures. Tomorrow is their last day of school....then SCHOOL'S OUT FOR SUMMER!

After Field Day, Liam had another night competing in the Farm Tournament as well as Loren's baseball practice. This was one that we didn't win...but both teams played a REALLY good game and there was only a difference of ONE run. We will still be competing on Saturday, though, for the championships.
