A sweet gift and note from my "coach" and work friend was on my desk waiting for me this morning. She was the one that challenged me to aim high and do a half marathon in the first place. I didn't think I could do it but she coached me with advice and pointers every week... Always encouraging but never letting me get away with a lack luster report of a weaker run, I'm so lucky to have supportive friends!
