"It's a disaster".....

.....said one of my project colleagues today. Actually, it's not a disaster, it's an inconvenience for one customer of a small project, in a regional financial services company, in an unfashionable corner of Europe. The BP oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico is a disaster.
