Life is beautiful

The rains have finally fallen albeit somewhat temperamental. The last flowers of the summer are now starting to lose their vibrant colours and will eventually fall to the ground to fertilize and give new life. There seems to be so much energy around the gardens now. A variety of birds are busy flying by and building their nests for their little ones. The frogs and cicada's battle for noice supremacy come sunset. Walking about this morning, I found these velvet winged butterflies hanging on to love, intent on bringing forth more of them to dress up my garden. Life is beautiful.
