Under her Skirt

Oerol has started. Oerol means everywhere in the Terschellinger language. It is also a yearly cultural festival. Lots of people are visiting Terschelling right now and this was the first act I saw. It is called 'under her skirt' People are allowed to have a look under her skirt and keep her dress (on a kind of a cart) moving.
