100 blips later

Lyra is delighted to be celebrating her first 100 Blips which have had over 30,000 views, 83 subscribers, a few precious favourites and plenty of time on the spotlight page.

I've taken a photograph of Lyra every day since she was born to keep her special Auntie motivated to beat her cancer.

I hope that along the way Lyra has also made you smile. She has religiously obeyed the Baby Commandments and I have tried my best to look after her, though I slip often into the role of a Bad Mother. I find myself turning into just the kind of mother I swore I'd never be. Though I have kept Lyra on her toes with her strict monthly reviews.

We have measured her growth using unconventional means such as her Harrods Bear and Great Grandpa. Maybe it's time to buy a tape measure?
