Sun Flower

I know that is not how to spell sunflower, but this is how it appears to me; a flower, that looks like the sun; hot, dark yellow in a sky that, now and then, teases with the promise of a welcome thunderstorm, and then shrugs off the clouds and keeps beating down. I spent quite a while trying to get a good spider picture today; the orbweavers are about and they can be very beautiful, to any but the most ardent arachnophobe; I couldn't get a shot that pleased me, and in a while, there will be banana spiders around, and as they can be 5 or 6 inches across, they will be a lot easier to capture! So, a bit of a blipfiller today; I hope you all enjoyed your weekend and are fit and well for the week ahead.
