Lime
The shot is a lime plant being grown within the grounds of a town's community centre.
I left my dSLR at work today, and didn't have any blips in store as yet. So the next best thing was to use my Sony Ericsson k800i. My trusty phone has been with me for close to 4 years now. I've been waiting for *the* cybershot phone from SE, but it just never happened. C905 was touted as a great cybershot, but supposedly it failed in all other areas -- users had to bring this phone for repairs on an average of 3 times. Scary. So yes, hope I don't have to wait for another 4 years down the road.

Our presentation went fairly well today, thank you all for your supportive good luck wishes. I have a love-hate relationship with presentations. On one hand, it's a tummy-rumbling scary experience just thinking of talking in front of a crowd. On the other hand, it is very satisfying to be able to put one's point across in an engaging manner, with everyone nodding in agreement.
I think it's the unpredictability of the situation. How the audience may react, and how I am to react on the spot. Sure, uncertainty is everywhere in life. But somehow, being in a single room facing the audience, amplifies the feeling.
It really help loads when one's colleague on-board the same presentation is on the same page as you -- the support and understanding is very important. Though this takes time, with trust having to be built, before sincere and honest communication can exist. My supervisor gives us a lot of space and patience, understanding the fears we might have. And for that, I am grateful.
I believe that God placed me in this work environment for good reason. I just wonder if I am living up to what He has given me.
