Interestingly, it refers to alcohol hand sanitizers and hygiene.

My aunt was hospitalized on Monday. She has a crack at her spine due to an accidental over-exertion around late March. Thinking it was a sprain or a muscle pull, she thought nothing of it until the pain worsened, and getting out of bed became a very painful affair. It was a month before she took steps to get medical attention. After localized x-rays and full-body scans, the doctor said the best option was a not-too invasive surgery where cement would be injected to strengthen her spine.

Tomorrow's her surgery. And while we can see she is trying her best to be brave, we know she is worried.
