Cramond Tide

Had a half day today so managed to get down to Cramond for the high tide. Parked up, took the tripod mount of the bottom of the 70-200 lens, got the 18-70 on the D90, tripod, remote switch, 2 dogs and off I go. Just far enough from the car to make sure I'm not going to go back I setup the tripod, nice low setup, clip the camera on.... ah. No tripod mount. No, that's back in the car, not on the bottom of the camera. So, I humped a heavy tripod about for nothing.

Anyway, this is what I did get making the most of what I could do. No long exposure shots for obvious reasons!
