IIF

Means Injury and Incident Free. It is a Safety Program adopted by our company. Basically it means that we want everybody safe and healthy from his job. It means also you are not only responsible for your own safety, but also for the safety and well being of your collegues. Yesterday we had an IIF workshop and one particular training was to rely on the responsibilities of your collegues. We had to climb a wooden pole of approximate ten meters high and climb on a very tiny table with four persons. I didn't believe this was possible, but we managed, although with some thrill seeking feelings
