The Fish Police

I'm at Paradise Gardens in Victoria Park today for a festival.

In my view there is far too much dodgy R&B around, however The Fish Police played a refreshing fusion of funk, hip hop and punk. Their audience was suitably eclectic too.

The track I heard carried a simple message: "I'm going out with a Japanese girl who doesn't speak English. All she does is sleep and read books. I wish I knew what she was thinking."

A delightful change from "Ma b*tch don't talk to me"
