Morning Walk - day 2

Found it! I have been hearing this bird call occasionally when I'm outside on the deck and have been determined to find it's origin. Went out for my AM walk with Willy and found this lovely specimen on the top of someone's roof. Gorgeous, isn't he? Also, it was 2 houses down from a peahen that I saw (only once) about a month ago.

Is this something people commonly keep as pets?

Bought out tickets for our trip to France/Italy in the fall today! Very excited - went to La Medusa for dinner to celebrate this occasion. Doesn't take much for us to celebrate.
