Ouch.

This is how I felt all day. Had a wonderful sleep in and then we were going to head out for the day when I bent over to put on my boot and then ~zing~....sharp pain in my lower back. Nuts - off my feet for the day. Did nothing but sleep/read/watch TV - hurt too much to do anything else like sit up/walk/anything else that wasn't in a prone position.

We were going to head to Dabob bay for some camping, but the weather wasn't looking so good - high 50's and rain all day....not ideal camping conditions.

Oh well....hopefully I'm better by Monday.
