Father's Day

We spent the entire day with our oldest, our son-in-law and the grands...and it was a most wonderful day! We met them at their house at 8 a.m. and headed to the McMenamins in Troutdale, OR where they had a Father's Day Golf Tourney. Our oldest had set it up ahead of time for the guys to participate. So after seeing them get started, we took off with the kiddos for a little shopping and met back up with the guys for a yummy lunch in the Black Rabbit restaurant there, After lunch we headed to see Toy Story 3...we had hoped to see it in 3D, but that one was sold out by the time we got to the theater. We opted to see it on a regular screen and enjoyed it a lot (this was the 2nd time in 2 days that we had gone to see it...a delight each time). After the movie, we all went back to their house for a bit and then headed home...tired but very happy with our day. In spite of the rain, the guys seemed to enjoy their golf tourney, and I was able to snap this picture shortly after lunch of our Father's Day gathering! Wish all of our kids could have been with us!
