Train Journey

I was working for part of the day today, attending our National Council meeting in Perth. This meeting is generally held in the Dewars Centre in Perth and it fits in quite well with a wee family outing.

Generally I'll go to the meeting in the morning and then after lunch Steven will bring the barmy army up to Perth and we will go for a swim next door at the Leisure Pool...it's a great pool. I love the outside pool, the kids like the river rapids, the slides and the water sprays. The slides weren't terribly fast today...had to push ourselves along a couple of times!

Normally Steven will drive up but the car is playing up a bit and needs to go to the garage so we thought better not chance it so we let the train take the strain.

After our swim we had a quick bite to eat at the pool and headed to the station...we arrived a couple of minutes before the train and arrived in Stirling half an hour later...so it all worked seemlessly:-)
