flea she play bass

we had a very groovy evening at the music school, all the guitar, bass and drumming kids performed, some solos some in bands. The grande finale was a percussion performance - all the drummers on all kinds of things-one-can-bang playing a Cuban carnival rhythm. It was a damn shame we had to go home and couldn't just carry on, clear the chairs, dance a bit...ah well, it's a school night I guess we're supposed to be responsible parents...
Flea played in a band for the first time and really enjoyed herself, they've practised so hard and were really good - three guitarists, one bassist, one drummer, oldest band member was 11 :-)
