Back to normality today, and a quick cuppa with the Goad.

This is Goad's baby, little James, who is nearly six months.

Look at that happy face!

Not sure what to do with ourselves this weekend (other than watch the Glasto highlights and weep). Paul fancied a trip to London and I fancied a day-spa, so maybe we will meet somewhere in the middle.

I foresee a weekend of rest (docs orders) and lots of TV....

I'll be back on the ball with my blips tomorrow, I'll try to be more creative...
