Sleeping Cats.
Three of them!
Been a hectic day again. By necessity (I don't like throwing things out - virtual or real) I got rid of a lot of stuff that had been gumming up my PC. Old uni files, which had been copied from one machine to another, bit the dust.
Six years of my life went to the recycling bin and was then deleted at the touch of a button. Was a big deal hitting it. I double checked that the discs with the finished thesis were readable before I was happy to go with it - but when it happened it was a strangely liberating experience. Never again will I have to wonder which ones I should keep just in case I ever get round to reading them again. (That's not to say I won't ever read the material - it just means that if I do it'll be because I have discovered it all over again in relation to something completely different).
Anyway, recovered about 60GB so I'm a happy bunny for the moment. I still need to find a better way of storing images, but it's not so pressing now. Had just finished tidying things up when the man came home and promptly fell asleep on the bed with the cats. So, blip sorted and off to make tea.
