Bit of a blue choke/breath hold again today. Been a whileand frightened us both witless.
A over tired (due to keeping getting out of bed until midnight!) and pinchy, I got cross, he was eating brekkie and then went blue and wouldn't/couldn't correct it. not sure if he was choking on food or holding his breath, which ever it was scary!!

A lot of sleep on his part today, work on mine then I had an hout off for a haircut while he had a good walk with Gaga, then a swim at Gagas and she kindly cooked us tea.

S had the day a Sliverstone with the California bike school, his 40th birthday pressie from December! Then he joined us for tea at my mums.
