Vegetarian House

Tonight we picked up our friend Andy and our daughter, son-in-law and grands were able to join us for a delicious dinner in Portland's International District at the Vegetarian House. We have eaten here once before and all of us immediately declared it a winner...so it was fun to take Andy along and introduce him to the yumminess there. Andy is from China but is living in Portland while he pursues a degree from PSU. He's busy working this summer but will resume classes in the fall. I am sure we will be sharing many more meals here with Andy and hoping to introduce him to all of our kids as well.

Another absolutely beautiful day in the Pacific Northwest! We definitely feel like summer has arrived!
