coastal path

Went a long walk today, over seven and a half miles, thoroughly enjoyed it , and got this wee sign along the way thought it was quite good.
My mood swung yesterday so pretty hyper, is such a dramatic change, and i wish that it wasn't gonna swing back down with same severity. I can hope hope for a return to normality soon, but right now it's fuuuuuun!!
