Bumble Bee

Today is one of my closest friends wedding and it pains me to say that i wont be there in any shape or form. And for a reason thats difficult to explain, i'm not attending due to the fear of panicking that would cause me to freeze, feel sick, aching head and joints, and shooting pains in chest. I struggle to breath and if it hadn't happened many times before im sure i'd believe i was a goner.
My friend as he has been on many special occasions in past is very understanding, It just bloody hurts.
