Pancakes for Africa!

I did not attempt to count them, although I would have loved to have known what number ...

Apart from these, Dorothy went home this afternoon with one dozen for her family. I hope they enjoyed it.

There is a little dough left in the fridge, will make about another four, but that can stay for breakfast or teatime.

Apart from the usual cinnamon sugar, I made a few savoury fillings, like spicy mince, grated cheddar and tuna mayonnaise with spring onions.

Fortunate to have had two of my daughters, a son-in-law and two and a half grand children for supper, the pancakes, as always , proved to go down well. And to fill the last empty space there was ice cream with Bar-One sauce ... and coffee.

I think it is time for bed!

Oh yes, a while ago, this good blipper complained that no matter how many pancakes there are, it never seems to be enough for the boys! Well, perhaps I can give it a friendly try someday!
