Sun after the storm.

I took some glorious flowers earlier today when the sun was out but wanted to avoid another flower shot if I could.

Tonight we went to a house warming party in our village, we walked and soon after we set off it started to rain. Big spots but not much at first and then it came down heavily. Everyone had to decamp from the garden to the house. Within an hour it had stopped and this sun popped through the clouds just before disappearing behind the moors.

Not a very dramatic shot but I liked the sun against the clouds and lighting up the trees.
