When I'm 64

T and I went with friends to Krause Springs today. Love it there. I took some other photos but T and our friend J's expressions in this photo made me smile. The toy guns kinda just add to the silliness.
T had this moment tonight where he got nervous he wouldn't know his alphabet well enough before kindergarten starts in the fall. So we talked about ways we could work on it at home. T told me he's gonna have to only learn it at my house (and not daddy's) because he wants me to teach him. He he. Then he says to me "Oh, I can right Happy Mother's Day on YOUR card! I better learn it quick!" I then explained he had almost a year and he was overjoyed at the prospect. We then set out to practice right away.
A little while later he told me that he had seen on TV that sometimes old ladies forget how to write and little boys can help them learn again, and if that ever happened to me, he would return the favor by teaching me. I love my sweet boy and I love being his momma.
