The limits of acceptability

Blipfoto is a community.
We are very lucky that a visionary founder has had the foresight and good taste to put in place a small but clear set of rules to prevent any slippage.
And in fairness, Blipfoto is 97% of the time a caring and friendly environment.
But today I saw something so gross, so disturbing, so revolting, so politically incorrect that I had no choice but to report it immediately.

THERE ARE RULES AGAINST THIS SORT OF THINGS, YOU KNOW!!!!!!
