An orgasm on a plate

is how my husband described his dinner tonight. And I was glad he did as just three days into blipping, I'd forgotten to take a picture. So here it is, halloumi topped stuffed aubergine with salad and rice. Personally, I wouldn't go so far as to call it an orgasm, but it was jolly nice.
