Rainy Season Blues

With the humidity and the temperature rising, the rainy season is reaching that unbearable stage where low air pressure causes everyone to be in a lethargic foul mood, the washing comes in wetter than when you hung it out, and there is nothing for it but to let the housework go to pot, and settle on the couch with an entire season of Grey's Anatomy.

Why do I not even care that my laundry pile looks like this in the middle of the hall?
